Personal Reflection

 I learned a lot of things from Ms. Burtz. First, I learned challenge spirit. She was engineer before she moved to Tokamachi. I think Migration is a big challenge for her. Addition, she hold a trail running competition. It is difficult to make bonds with local people. This thing is what need the courage very much. I am taught the importance that I challenge to somethings. Second, I learned fascination of region revitalization. I have been thought there is a little fascination in the region. But Tokamachi is a lot of nature and many kind of people. For example,  Tokamachi are beautiful "tanada". people in Tokamachi are kind and cheerful. I thought the fascination of the region should be discovered more.

 Application to my project, I want to utilize ability of communication with people. Ms.Burtz made a communication with local people many time. She tried to understand the region and get along with local people. As a result, she made strong bonds with them. Furthermore, she made them cheerful and happy before. When I think my project, I want to make a project that local people pleasure.       

 Personal reflection, I was influenced Ms.Burtz's ability of action. When she made a presentation, she said that she want to make a library of children. It is amazing to challenge more for region revitalization. She has an active mind. I tended to avoid a challenge of new things before. But I listened her presentation, I want to change my negative mind. In my new goal, I don't afraid of mistake. I try to somethings! Also, I was influenced energy of local people. I thought population of local people a few, energy of people a few too. But they are very active and positive. When Ms.Burtz proposed a new things, their face looked like shining. Furthermore, many children took part in the trail running competition. This things contribute region revitalization. 

 I learned a lot of things her presentation. I want to utilize many my impressed things from her!
